The Sur Sangam Vidiyak Trust (Regd.) Mahilpur (Hoshiarpur) is a social organization. It has been working for the betterment of society especially for children by publishing the magazine Nikkian Karumblan since 1995. This magazine is not published for profit motive. The members of the trust are not landlords but the lovers of society. They want to inculcate the social values in children. The rich heritage of Punjabi culture is being preserved and published for new generation by us.
The new children writers are promoted by the magazine. The prominent and devoted writers are awarded by the Karumblan Purskar. Creative writing competition is organized every year coming Sunday before 14Th of November (Children Day). Those people who are working for children are our friends. We have one canal land for Karumblan Bhawan. This is the place where is our office and children activities are performed by the experts. A library for children is also opened here. The good books and magazines relating to children literature are available here. The entry for the library is free for all. You can also contribute in all the activities of the trust. We shall be grateful to you for this act of kindness.
